Services for Young People East Herts Positive Pathways Project
The Services for Young People Positive Pathways Project supports young people in the East Herts area who are at risk of, or are already engaging in, anti-social behaviour. A qualified youth worker will engage with the young person on a one-to-one individual basis to support them through making positive choices about their future.
