Are you aged 11-17? Want to feel more confident in life? Come along to this Services for Young People Emotional Wellbeing Project for young people in the Dacorum district.
At the Services for Young People Emotional Wellbeing Project you can get involved with all sorts of great activities.
We are currently offering the 'Supporting You' programme at this project. Supporting You is a group programme of seven weekly sessions where you learn strategies to help you to reduce stress, anxiety and low mood in a fun and safe environment. The programme gives you the tools to build resilience and maintain positive emotional wellbeing.
You will also have opportunities to work towards sectional certificates of the Duke of Edinburgh Award. All the activities are run by supportive Services for Young People youth workers.
You can get involved in discussions on a variety of subjects and the project will help you to increase your self-esteem, assertiveness and confidence and enable you to have a safe space to work through issues and barriers.
The project runs:
- Every Tuesday, 6-8 pm for young people aged 11-17
